Have you ever felt like your life is on pause? Like you’re standing still while the world keeps moving?
You wake up every day doing all the things, but somehow, nothing feels like it’s actually moving you forward. You’re tired, unmotivated, and unsure where to begin.
That’s what I call life limbo, that uncomfortable in-between space where you know you want change, but can’t quite see the path to make it happen.
And if you’re a mom juggling the realities of autoimmune symptoms, constant fatigue, or chronic overwhelm, this feeling can be amplified tenfold.
But here’s the beautiful truth:
✨ You don’t have to stay in limbo.
You can find clarity, direction, and peace, and I can help you get there.
1. Career Limbo
You know you’re meant for more, but you’re unsure what that looks like. You might feel trapped in a job that drains you or afraid to chase the business idea that lights you up. For moms with unpredictable health or energy levels, this uncertainty can feel like quicksand.
2. Relationship Limbo
Maybe you’re navigating distance in your marriage, trying to reconnect with your partner, or healing from past hurt. Or maybe you’re wondering who you are outside of your role as a mom, spouse, or caregiver. Relationship limbo can make you question your identity and your worth.
3. Personal Growth Limbo
You want to grow, but your energy and time are pulled in a million directions. You dream of becoming that confident, organized, and fulfilled version of yourself, but don’t know where to start or how to stay consistent.
4. Financial Limbo
Bills, debt, and uncertainty about your future can weigh heavily on your mind. Maybe you want to contribute more financially, but your health limits your capacity. Or you want to start a business, but you’re unsure how to make it work around your life.
5. Health & Wellness Limbo
When you’re dealing with autoimmune issues, chronic fatigue, or Peri-menopausal changes, even basic routines can feel like climbing a mountain. You want to take care of yourself, but you’re stuck in cycles of frustration, guilt, and exhaustion.
6. Life Transition Limbo
You might be stepping into a new season, kids starting school, moving, changing careers, or redefining your identity. These transitions can leave you feeling lost and uncertain of your next move.
7. Identity Limbo
This is the heart of it all, when you’ve lost touch with who you are. You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, and now you’re wondering, what about me?
When Limbo Overlaps
Often, these different areas of limbo don’t exist in isolation. Struggles at work may spill into your relationships. Health challenges may impact finances. A lack of personal identity clarity may stall personal development. When limbos overlap, it creates a tangled web of confusion that feels impossible to untangle on your own.
How to Start Moving Out of Limbo
The first step is recognizing that you are in limbo; naming it is the first powerful step. From there, you can begin to:
1. Recognize Your Challenges
Instead of pushing them aside, acknowledge the specific areas of life where you feel stuck. Naming the problem is the first step toward solving it.
2. Gain Clarity
Clarity doesn’t come from obsessing over “what ifs”; it comes from reflection and guidance. Journaling, asking the right questions, and talking through your challenges with someone objective can help you see the bigger picture.
3. Create Pathways to Fulfillment
Once clarity is established, the next step is building small, practical pathways forward. These don’t have to be dramatic, overnight changes, sometimes they’re small, intentional steps that build momentum and confidence.
How I Can Help You Break Free from Life Limbo
As an Organizational Life Coach and Lifestyle Specialist, my role is to help you untangle the mess, simplify the noise, and create systems that support clarity, confidence, and forward movement. Together, we’ll:
- Identify exactly where you’re in limbo and why.
- Clarify what truly matters to you (not what others expect of you).
- Create a personalized roadmap so you are confident in your next steps.
- Put structures in place to help you follow through without overwhelm.
Because here’s the truth: limbo doesn’t last forever, but staying stuck is a choice. With the right guidance and systems, you can move out of uncertainty and into a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.
